What if I have color and item preferences?
While I welcome any color requests, I have put a 3 item limit on exclusions per order! This keeps it fair and ensures that I meet my number of promised items per scoop!
What is the return policy?
This is a mystery scoop experience! While I will replace anything broken during shipping (with a picture and email) all sales are final! That's the fun of the business, seeing the different surprises you get with each scoop!

As previously mentioned all sales are final! This is a mystery scoop experience so there will be a range of items depending on what beads are scooped.
When will I get my order?
I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location! I try to video and ship same day but as orders are coming in more quickly it may take me a bit longer. Thank you for your patience!
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $11.00 and express (priority) is $25.00. Any order over $70.00 is free shipping. ***Disclaimer- I use the address listed when the order is placed unless you message me to change it prior to label printing.
